Since garlic and olive oil are almost always used together in Mediterranean cooking you can use this in just about anything. Great to mix in with pasta or mashed potatoes, to drizzle of steaks before grilling or to just dip with bread.

I wanted something extra to add to the fresh bruschetta that I make. Adding this spicy vinegar did the trick! It’s got a really bold oregano flavor, and adding it to fresh vegetables, tomato sauces, and to marinades does so much with just so little.
