I purchased a D’Avolio to Go pouch with 2 small bottles inside. I carry it in my purse with this dressing in one of them:
Milanese Gremolata Oil
Sicilian Lemon Vinegar
Mix these 50/50 then add Oregano Vinegar to taste
Mix in some Italian seasonings
I have also eliminated mayonnaise in my house by spreading this oil on sandwiches with a barbecue sauce brush.
The above salad dressing recipe is also a good substitute for mayonnaise in tuna fish.
