Groix & Nature Lobster Oil

Groix & Nature is a company based in Groix, an island in Southern Brittany, with deep ties to the ocean and its bounty. This subtle oil adds the perfect, light seafood finish to dishes without overpowering other flavors. It’s made from a handful of simple ingredients: blue lobster from the Atlantic Ocean, shallots, carrots, garlic and grapeseed oil. The flame-colored oil adds real lobster flavor fast, without having to spend hours simmering seafood stock. It  naturally accentuates lobster and other seafood flavors. Try it drizzled as a finish on seafood tagliatelle, risotto, scallop carpaccio, sushi, tartare or even mashed potatoes.
