2 Beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
½ sweet onion, chopped
½ cup fresh basil, chopped
4 oz. crumbled Gorgonzola
D’Avolio Balsamic Vinegar
D’Avolio EVOO
Freshly ground salt and pepper
Arrange tomato slices on a small platter. Sprinkle with chopped onion, basil, and Gorgonzola. Drizzle with D’Avolio EVOO and D’Avolio balsamic vinegar. Add freshly ground salt and pepper according to taste.
